WRESTLING SCHEDULE

The Appleton North wrestling team has released their Varsity schedule for the 2025-26 season. A few changes from previous years should make for an exciting season.

The Lightning will open the season at home against crosstown foes, the Terrors from Appleton West. December will be a busy month as the team will compete in 3 tough tournaments: Papermaker Invite, Battle on the Bay, and Mid-States Classic.

In January, the Lightning will continue their FVA schedule and see a return to the Lumberjack Invite at Wausau East.

The WIAA has a new WIAA State series format. Regionals has been eliminated and the team will compete directly at Individual Sectionals. The following weekend, select teams will compete at Team Sectionals. The season concludes with Indiviudal and Team State.

LIGHTNING YOUTH REGISTRATION - NOW OPEN

The Appleton North Youth Wrestling Club is accepting registrations for its upcoming wrestling season. We are committed to providing a youth wrestling program stressing wrestling FUNdamentals, life skills, a positive experience, and good sportsmanship on and off the mat.
